1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using Crystal X Revolutions ("Platform", "CXR", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crystal X Revolutions and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

2. Description of Services

Crystal X Revolutions is a community and growth platform designed primarily for freelancers. It enables users to connect with other freelancers, track progress through a symbolic companion system, share work, receive feedback, and participate in challenges.

Crystal X Revolutions is not a marketplace, job portal, employment agency, or client-acquisition service. We do not post jobs, facilitate bidding, act as an agent, or guarantee any work or income. Any discovery of clients or interactions between users is incidental. We do not promise, guarantee, or ensure any specific outcomes, clients, or opportunities. All user-to-user interactions, agreements, and transactions occur solely at the discretion and risk of the concerned users.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account independently. If below 18, they may use the Platform only with the express supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their information and the security of their account.

Crystal X Revolutions reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account. In normal circumstances, we will provide reasonable advance notice before suspending or terminating. However, in cases involving fraud, illegal activity, violation of laws, or serious harm to the Platform or other users, we may suspend or terminate immediately without prior notice.

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any content, feature, or account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety, integrity, or reputation of the Platform and its users.

4. User Content and Platform Role as Intermediary

Users retain ownership of content they upload or post. By posting content, they grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

As an online intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Platform does not monitor or control user-generated content. We shall not be liable for any user content unless we have actual knowledge of illegality and fail to act expeditiously upon receiving proper notice.

The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. In normal circumstances, we will provide reasonable advance notice before removing content or taking action, except in cases of clear illegality, fraud, or serious violations where immediate action is required.

5. Interactions Between Users

The Platform may allow users to view profiles and connect with others. However:

• The Platform does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the identity, skills, reliability, or intentions of any user.
• The Platform is not a party to, and shall have no liability for, any agreement, payment, work, dispute, or transaction between users (including freelancer-client interactions).
• Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence and protecting their own interests before entering into any agreement with another user.
• The Platform shall not be liable for any loss, damage, non-payment, scam, misrepresentation, or dispute arising from user-to-user interactions.

Any person may report a suspected fake profile to the support team. We will review such reports and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe where warranted.

6. Payments and Virtual Items

Optional paid features (virtual goods, passes, etc.) are cosmetic or convenience features only. They do not confer any advantage in trust, growth metrics, or client opportunities. All transactions are final, except as mandated by applicable law. Refunds, if any, shall be governed by applicable law and any separately published refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including design, software, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), belong to Crystal X Revolutions or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to manipulate metrics, or in any manner that violates applicable laws or these Terms. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Crystal X Revolutions is a small sole proprietorship started by college students with limited resources. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Crystal X Revolutions, its proprietor/owner, and operators shall have no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, income, clients, opportunities, or reputation
• Any issues arising from user-generated content or user interactions
• Technical errors, downtime, or unavailability of the Platform
• Any disputes or losses resulting from agreements between users

Users expressly assume all risks associated with the use of the Platform and interactions with other users. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, users waive and release any claims against Crystal X Revolutions arising from risks expressly disclosed in these Terms.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crystal X Revolutions, its proprietor/owner, and operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to their use of the Platform, their content, their conduct, or any agreements they enter into with other users.

11. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate user access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. In normal circumstances, we will provide reasonable advance notice before suspending or terminating an account. However, in cases of fraud, illegal activity, serious violations of these Terms, or harm to the Platform or other users, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately without prior notice.

Upon termination, the user's right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms, including limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute-related provisions, shall survive termination.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Indian law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Crystal X Revolutions and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

14. Changes to Terms

The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Trust Over Transactions — Authentic connections, peer feedback, and demonstrated reliability form the foundation of opportunities here. We are not a paid lead-generation or client-matching service. Discovery of work or collaborators happens organically through community participation.
• Real Progress, Made Visible — Every user's journey is reflected in the evolution of their symbolic animal companion (Lion for leadership & confidence, Tiger for execution & speed, Wolf for consistency & teamwork, Eagle for vision & strategy, Tortoise for patience & endurance). These companions grow only through genuine activity — project completion, feedback received, and consistent engagement. No pay-to-win mechanics exist.
• Community First & Student-Led — Built by college students for freelancers and creators, we maintain a supportive, inclusive, and low-pressure environment. Our focus is mutual upliftment, learning, and psychological safety rather than extraction or competition.
• Earned Advancement Only — All meaningful progress — companion stages, community standing, visibility in challenges, or peer recognition — is earned through authentic participation. Cosmetic or convenience features (if introduced) confer zero competitive or growth advantage.
• Transparency, Ethics & Limited Liability — As a small-scale bootstrapped initiative, we operate with clear communication, strong user protections, and minimal liability framing appropriate for a student-led project. We are committed to continuous ethical improvement based on real community feedback.
